DIET


PART 1  ONE DAY, ONE MEAL


People usually eat meals 3 times per day. But you should eat just 1 meal per day to lose weight. If you follow the ONE DAY, ONE MEAL plan, you can lose weight without feeling any hunger. You can eat ordinary meals at lunch. However, you should not eat ordinary meals in the morning and evening. Instead, eat PROTEIN SHAKE!!!

This is protein shake powder.


Put protein shake powder and milk into the mixer. Grind it together.


If you want many different flavors, put other ingredients into the mixer then grind them all together. In this case, strawberry powder and blueberries are mixed.


As you saw, the process of making a protein shake is very easy and simple. You may think that you would be hungry if you only drink protein shake for 2 meals. But don’t worry about that. You feel very full when you drink one cup of this shake. Its merit is that it not only makes you full, but also has lots of nutrition and low calories.

PART 2   EMPEROR DIET


The Emperor Diet is better known as the Atkins Diet. It is a diet based on very low carbohydrate intake. The principle of this method is that not eating carbohydrates stops the release of insulin so the stored glycogen and body fat break down. Also, in this process, material named keton is created which suppresses appetite. Instead of carbohydrate, eating protein is recommended. In other words, instead of eating foods made by flour, potatoes or sweet potatoes, eating meat, cheese, egg, ham, or butter is recommended. Protein is not only good at being used as a source of energy, but also good because it is not stored even if it is overeaten.
However, you have to make sure that this is not a long-term diet. Eating only protein makes the blood sugar increase in a short time and it can be a cause of diseases like diabetes.

PART 3 DRUG DIET


There are 2 ways of using drugs to diet. One is Hanbang (Asian style) and the other is Yangbang (Medical).  Hanbang drugs are made by medicinal herbs so they give indirect effects to people. They are focused on finding solutions to the causes of the obesity. Hanbang drug diets are based on personal constitution. Therefore, they prevent the yo-yo phenomenon efficiently. On the other hand, Yangbang drugs are focused on solving the symptoms directly. There are more risks than taking Hanbang drugs but it works fast.

1. Hanbang

1) Asiwon : There are 17 elements in this drug. It can help the skin to get warm, so you can sweat easily. Also it is good at helping fluid energy metabolism. Some of the elements can suppress the  appetite.

2) Hanbang Chim : Chim means needle and needle makes fat disassemble. Chim turns fat into energy quickly.

2. Yangbang drug

1) Adipex: This drug stimulates the brain to suppress appetite. However, it is a very powerful drug so you can be addicted. Therefore, when you buy this drug, you need a prescription a from doctor.

2) Lipolysis: The drug is used for treating fat to prevent fat disease and helps reduce the danger of further increases in weight. You have to take this medicine an hour after every meal (three times in a day).

EXERCISE

PART 1 YOGA

 Yoga is physical exercise to strengthen muscle and reinforce endurance. It gives physical and psychological help. The psychological effect is particularly good. Anti-aging, posture and quality sleep are the best effects of Yoga.
 In this part, we will offer you some yoga positions. Every position should be continued for 15 seconds and you should repeat each position 5 times.

01 for shoulder and back: 

This position stretches the back and reinforces the stomach.

02 for constipation and cramps:

This position is called the snake position. It is good for helping digestion.

03 for thigh: 

This position changes fat to muscle and it strengths the muscles of the hips and thighs.

04 for arm: 

This position removes the arm fat and cleans the fuzz out of the head.

05 for belly: 

This position is called the bow position. It is effective to reduce your belly fat.


PART 2 FITNESS CENTER  2 WEEKS PROGRAM


Nowadays, there are lots of fitness centers to help and advise about fitness. In this section, we will introduce an exercise schedule to lose weight by using sports equipment in a fitness center. There are four parts in the schedule  upper body, lower body, whole body and break.

Exercise Schedule






Upper Body Workout


Extend your arms to the side in a wide arc until you feel a stretch on your chest.
Return your arms as you breathe out. Repeat 15 times.
Hold for a second and repeat this workout 5 times.

Lower Body Workout


The multi-hip machine allows you to work your hips, calves, and thighs in one place.
Hang your right leg in the ball and move your leg front and back. Repeat 15 times.
Hold for a second and work your left leg.
Repeat this workout 5 times.

Whole Body Workout


Hang from a chin-up bar with both arms.
The legs should be straight down.
 Raise your legs until the upper body makes a 90-degree angle with the legs. Repeat 15 times.
Go back slowly as you breathe in. Repeat this workout 5 times.
 There are also lots of exercise schedules when you visit a fitness center. You will be offered schedules that exactly fit your body condition. Sports equipment in fitness centers are designed to help your workout more effectively, so go to a fitness center and make your body into the shape you want.

PART 3  EXERCISES IN ORDINARY LIFE


 Do you want to do exercise to lose weight, but its too cold outside to do outdoor exercise and you hate going to the gym? No problem! There is a way of exercising indoors IN YOUR HOME!!!

First, I will show you how to make beautiful leg shape. There are lots ways but I will give you 4 tips.

As you see in the photo, lie on the floor or sofa, but keep your eyes looking to the front rather than the ceiling. You may use your arm to support your head. You should leave one leg flat on the surface and move the other leg up and down. You should try not to let this leg touch the other. Do this exercise 20~30 times for each leg.


 This exercise can be done while you watch television. Spread your legs to be shoulder width apart. Bend your knees to make them a right angle. At the same time, raise your arms toward the side. Repeat 20 times to bend and stretch your legs.


 This is very simple and easy to do. You must have a thick book. Put the book between your knees. You should hold the book in that position until your legs tremble.


 I think this is the easiest exercise in these tips. All you have to do is lie on the floor near the wall. Then prop your legs up on the wall. Stay in this pose for about 20 minutes. It may be good to do this after other hard exercises.




For your immediate weight loss, it is recommended to follow the diet method because you need to have enough time to lose weight by exercising. However, diet is only short term and can cause problems if done long term. Therefore, for your future health, exercising is much better.
